Waldmann Brewery was established in 1857 and re-established in 2017 in what is described as the oldest surviving saloon building in the Twin Cities. The Minnesota Bluegrass calendar lists two acoustic sets there on Nov. 1, 2026, and its 8th Anniversary Oktoberfest on Sept. 20, 2025 featured 28 musical performances.
