Sister Veery

Duluth, Greater Minnesota

Duluth band led by Molly Hilgenberg, mixing space folk, indie rock, pop and hints of country.

Sister Veery is the music project of Molly Hilgenberg, based in Duluth since 2021. The songs explore nature, humanity and the inner life, in a style the festival describes as space folk, indie rock, pop and hints of country. Molly Hilgenberg formed a full band with Shanna Willie on drums, Michael Geraci on bass, Chad Hilgenberg on banjo, Chris Rourke on guitar and Adeline Wright on vocals for the 2025 release Cosmic Relevance, supported by an Arrowhead Regional Arts Council grant. Sister Veery played Zeitgeist Teatro at the 2026 Duluth Homegrown Music Festival.
