Pity Party is a Minneapolis-based indie alt-rock band that started as the house cover band for Wayward Theatre Company before writing its own songs. The band blends pop polish with rock energy and draws on bedroom pop and Midwest emo, and is known for an energetic live show. Pity Party played the Turf Club in December 2025 and 7th St Entry with Good Boy Daisy in July 2026, and was nominated in The Current's 2026 Scouting Report poll.
