The Mississippi Headwaters Music Festival takes place on grounds just north of the north entrance to Itasca State Park. The 2024 festival was its third annual edition, headlined by Kitchi Boogie and Corey Medina & Brothers. The 2026 festival ran Aug. 21-22 with Forge North and Corey Medina & Brothers as headliners, along with acts such as Lydia Rose Band and Bad Decisions. Address: 27579 180th St, Shevlin.
