Brandon Eiynck

Bassist in the '90s grunge tribute Seattle Rain and a live sound engineer who has toured with Mint Condition and mixed bands from Ginger Jake to Trampled by Turtles.

Brandon Eiynck plays bass and sings backups in Seattle Rain and works as a live sound engineer around the Twin Cities. Brandon started on guitar around age 10 and played guitar for more than 20 years, but around 2020 an isolated bass track of Stone Temple Pilots' Interstate Love Song made Brandon decide to play bass like a real bass player. Brandon met Seattle Rain's Shad on BandMix and has focused on bass ever since, and is now learning cello too. Brandon's sound career began at the Five Corners Saloon on the West Bank, then Bunkers, O'Gara's and the 400 Bar. Brandon toured with the rock band Ginger Jake, recording and mixing one of its records, then toured with the R&B group Mint Condition. Brandon has also worked with Taproot, New Medicine, Hippo Campus and Trampled by Turtles at Red Rocks, and did one-off shows with Train in Hawaii and Kenny Loggins. Brandon's last original band, Ready-Made Fire, ended in 2010 and is on Spotify.
